Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Items that are returned without original packaging or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Opened or used perfumes
Used candles
Worn fashion items
Clearance or promotional items (if specified)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items if the customer wishes to receive the same product again due to damage or defect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

A defective item
An incorrect product sent by us
