How to Use
Trim the wooden wick to 5–7 mm before each use.
Burn the candle for 2–4 hours during the first use to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.
Place the candle on a heat-resistant, level surface, away from drafts and flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.
Allow the candle to cool completely before moving or relighting.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are structured as follows:

Free Shipping: For orders above AED 200

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation message or tracking details if available.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can investigate and assist you.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.

Items that are returned without original packaging or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items if the customer wishes to receive the same product again due to damage or defect.
